Top 3 Actions to Maximize Sales for rest of 2009

On Monday we posted a piece here title The New Normal, a look at how some sales professionals are responding to and dealing with the current challenges and opportunities in their markets. Finally coming to the realization that we have never seen a recession that hasn’t ended, so what we do now determines how we can continue in a normal fashion until the upturn, and how that we place us to make the most of the upturn when it comes.
At the same time we did an informal survey on LinkedIn and elsewhere, asking sales professionals what they are doing differently at the start of Q2 to make the most of what is left in 2009. We published a summary in out monthly newsletter edition of The Pipeline, an article titled Top Three Things To Maximize Q2 And The Rest Of The Year.
